Not all nursing homes are created equal.

Life Care Center in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls hope to shatter the myth that all nursing homes are the same by offering luxurious facilities and the world class care.

“Our vision is simple: we're not a nursing home, but rather a home that provides nursing and rehabilitation services.'” said Jeremy Tolman, executive director of the Post Falls Life Care Center. “We customize healthcare to meet your needs based on your different perspectives and expectations.”

The Life Center operations coordinate to ensure that the patient always receive the best care.

Life Care Center in Post Falls offers a continuum of care for residents starting with independent and assisted living. Residents and patients can also access skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services.

The Post Falls facility at 460 N Garden Plaza Ct is within one mile of Northwest Specialty Hospital and Northern Advance Care Hospital. It features inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, using state-of-the-art equipment including an Aquasizer underwater treadmill and an Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill.

“We have a great relationship with our local community, including in-house physicians through Heritage Health,” said Tolman.  “Heritage Health has great programs that teach our patients how to be healthy.  We use these physicians to treat the patients in place and get them back to living the lives they want to lead.”
