There's no better way to celebrate the holidays than with a new job!

Qualfon plans to hire nearly 40 people on Tuesday and Thursday during a pair of hiring events in Coeur d'Alene.

The global call center giant is looking to fill customer service positions at its Hayden location. These jobs will take inbound calls and help people protect their identity, as well as help stop consumer fraud. Wages are competitive with generous incentive packages, said Jennifer Lavway, a talent acquisition manager at Qualfon.

“We're looking for people who can easily converse on the phone and carry a conversation,” said Lavway. “The person also needs to understand confidentiality, have a good work history, earned a high school diploma, and be able to pass a background check.”

The hiring events will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on both days at Qualfon offices at 1201 W. Ironwood Drive in Coeur d'Alene. Lavway said new employees will start work on Monday, Dec. 18.

“We're growing that department,” said Lavway. “It's an exciting opportunity for people who want to launch their career. We're going to be hiring people at these events.”

Qualfon is a business outsource processor with two local call centers and a dozen others around the globe. Qualfon employs about 1,000 people at its locations in Coeur d'Alene and Hayden.
