Starkweather, Jennifer P., 42, Spokane, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, no bond.

Borello, Hannah Q., 26, Spokane, probation violation, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Padilla, Joseph E. Jr., 55, Worley, petit theft, $3,000.

Pruett, Kenneth L., 34, Post Falls, possession of paraphernalia, $3,000.

Brooks, Olivia J., 41, Coeur d'Alene, driving without privileges, $3,000.

Thomson, Angela M., 28, Coeur d'Alene, battery and unlawful entry, $3,000.

Hulsey, Azariah E., 38, Post Falls, driving without privileges, $4,000.

Peters, Shelldon J., 57, Bayview, DUI, $4,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines. Anyone knowing the location of a wanted person can contact the local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office at (208) 446-1300.
