Authors, free admission at museum tonight

COEUR d’ALENE — The Museum of North Idaho will host a book signing with authors of recently released local history books during Art Walk this evening.

Veteran landscape architect Jon Mueller of Coeur d'Alene will be available to sign copies of his book, "Private Park Public Park: A Story of Coeur d’Alene and Its First Park," which chronicles the history of Blackwell/Coeur d'Alene City Park.

Spokane authors and Inland Northwest natives Tony and Suzanne Bamonte will sign copies of "The Coeur d'Alenes Gold Rush and Its Lasting Legacy" and "Historic Wallace, Idaho, and My Unforeseen Ties."

The book signing will be from 5 to 7 p.m. at the museum, 115 Northwest Blvd., Coeur d'Alene.

Admission is free from 5 to 8 p.m.
