KAVANAUGH: Deserves disqualification

Print Article

I watched the entire interview of Christine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh kept reminding us of what a wonderful child and young man he was. But as he continued to testify I watched his face. As his anger grew, it became more twisted, even appeared to discolor as he raged.

However, to me, the moment of truth came when he blamed the Democrats for his problems. I don’t know if he meant they were the ones who caused him to drink, or perhaps only that they pointed out that he was a drunk. Imagine a Supreme Court justice who, when things aren’t going his way, just “blames the Democrats.” His temperament, his political bias, his sexism, all disqualify Brett Kavanaugh to be a Supreme Court justice.
