MEDICAID: Vote for expansion

Print Article

Margaret Thatcher says “socialism is great until you run out of money.” I would like Sen. Bernie Sanders’s response to that little complication.

Medicare for all and a free college education sounds heavenly, but will the government take my Social Security when it goes broke? Or will the government take MORE money from paychecks?

It needs thought. A reliable study showed a Medicare for all plan would cost $32.6 trillion over a 10-year period. The present Medicaid program HELPS the unfortunates. As in all federal payouts, it is abused by some, but Medicaid is a good health care plan and needs expansion in Idaho.
