The default for which this sale is to be made is the failure to pay when due, monthly installment payments under the Deed of Trust Note dated March 26, 2014, in the amount of $723.00 each, for the months of July through December, 2017, inclusive; and for each and every month thereafter until date of sale or reimbursement. All delinquent payments are now due, plus accumulated late charges, plus any costs or expenses associated with this foreclosure.
