Plummer reroofing project Phase 2 The Coeur d'Alene Tribal Housing Authority is currently seeking bids for a reroofing project located in Plummer, Idaho. The project consist of the removal of the existing roofs and installing a new Architectural laminated shingle roofing system for 19 single family residential homes. This project is funded through the Indian Community Development Block Grant and Compliance with terms of the grant regulations is required. Indian preference applies. All qualified contractors are strongly encouraged to respond. Wage rates are based on the 2015 Idaho Department of Labor Wage Survey. NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET FOR 2018 - 2019 FOR THE HAYDEN LAKE WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT A public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code 50-1002 will be held for consideration of the proposed budget for the fiscal year from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019. The hearing will be held at Hayden Lake City Hall, 9393 Strahorn Road, Hayden Lake Idaho at 6:30 p.m. on June 18, 2018. All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such budget should or should not be adopted. Copies of the proposed District budget are available at Hayden Lake City Hall during regular office hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday.
