THANKS: A volunteer success

Print Article

Thank you to the Coeur d’Alene Press, Staff Writer Devin Heilman, Editor Mike Patrick and City Editor Maureen Dolan for your coverage of the annual Retired & Senior Volunteer Appreciation Banquet which was held Sept. 30.

Devin Heilman’s article and photos were exemplary; drawing rave reviews from members of our community! Volunteers throughout North Idaho were very appreciative that the Coeur d’Alene Press set aside room on the front page of Sunday’s Oct. 1 newspaper to display color photos of nine selfless volunteers who have done so much for our community.

The Coeur d’Alene Press has always been supportive of our community volunteers, nonprofit agencies, schools and programs which benefit the citizens of our great communities; and under the leadership of Mike Patrick and Maureen Dolan that commitment to our community is stronger than ever.

Kudos to the Coeur d’Alene Press for covering the stories that represent the benevolent, pioneering spirit of Idahoans; and for hiring and maintaining such a professional staff.
