UPDATE: Via the Spokesman-Review - Spokane County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed five shot, one dead.

A shooting has been reported at Freeman High School in Rockford, Wash.

Former Coeur d’Alene School District Superintendent Harry Amend is principal of the high school located south of Spokane and about 30 miles south of Coeur d’Alene.

The Spokesman-Review is reporting there are multiple injuries.

Spokane Public Schools, adjacent to the Freeman School District, placed all schools on lockdown as a precautionary measure.
