City of St. Maries Request for Qualifications Water and Wastewater Engineering Services Submission required by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at St. Maries City Hall. The City of St. Maries, located in Benewah County, Idaho is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional engineering firms interested in providing engineering services for water and wastewater system and facility improvements and regulatory compliance for the City.
