Judge Anna Eckhart, as the parent of a child with special needs, I am appalled and saddened by your sentencing of William JP Robertson Jr. to 10 days in jail for the brutal beating of one of our community’s vulnerable special needs citizens. As parents we constantly worry about the care of our special needs child and you have just made that worry even greater.
