PLAN: GOP handling right

Print Article

Itís almost amusing to watch the media and the Democrats spending so much time mocking Republican in-fighting over what the new health plan should look like. So hereís your choice:

The GOP has multiple conflicting ideas, so they argue until they can come up with something mutually acceptable and try to pass it.

The Dems concoct a plan in a smoke-filled room somewhere. The architect thereof says he can sell it to the public because the voters are so stupid. Nancy Pelosi tells their senators they have to sign it to see whatís in it, so every one of her lemmings rush to sign and pass the plan. These are the elected representatives of Dem voters, yet not a one of them even read it. (I still canít imagine why Dem voters found that acceptable ó except that many of them got free coverage.)

Well, whatís your choice? Wanna argue or rush over the cliff?
