Here is this week's list of suspected lawbreakers sought by Kootenai County police agencies and the sheriff's office:

FELONIES

Clark, David A., 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for grand theft, no bond.

Fowler, Robert P., 54, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, no bond.

Goodell, Laura D., 27, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, $25,000.

Meehan, Thomas J., 51, Hayden, probation violation for possession of controlled substance, $20,000.

Pendleton, Jaime C., 42, Liberty Lake, grand theft financial transaction card, $25,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Astlund, Cody S., 27, Post Falls, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, $2,000.

Boyle, James P., 3rd, 22, Rathdrum, driving without privileges, $2,000.

Burnison, Bart A., 44, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, $2,000.

Campbell, Tyler A., 28, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving without privileges, possession of drug paraphernalia, $15,000.

Ferra, Robert A., 26, Post Falls, probation violation for driving without privileges, possession of a controlled substance, $10,000.

Garren, Robert W., 47, Athol, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $2,500.

Gifford, Jared L., 23, Post Falls, failure to appear for inattentive driving, possession of a controlled substance, $2,500.

Halterman, Michael S., 20, Coeur d’Alene, driving without privileges, $3,000.

Hannah, Mitchell D., 33, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for violation of no-contact order, domestic battery, $40,000.

Hawkins, Marcus S., 34, Hayden, probation violation for domestic battery, $5,000.

House, James A., 50, Rathdrum, trespassing, $2,000.

Johnson, Joshua R., Jr., 30, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for domestic battery, $10,000.

Lance, Darren L., 36, Rathdrum, driving without privileges, $2,000.

Moats, Kassandra F., 19, Hayden, failure to appear for DUI, $5,000.

Wilson, Kayla L., 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for inattentive driving, $3,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines. Anyone knowing the location of a wanted person can contact the local law enforcement agency or the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office at (208) 446-1300.
